Civic Projects

Lorraine M. Dailey believes her Civic institution designs, such as police, fire, EMS facilities, parks, libraries, city halls and courthouses, are the foundations of a civil society and the cornerstones of democracy in whatever community she works in.  LMD Architects believes these specific designs cultivate and define a community’s identity by establishing a greater sense of pride, they foster frequent and significant contact between citizens, they provide comfort in their public spaces and they encourage an increasingly diverse population to use them.
